In response to the urgent humanitarian need in Darfur, our role in providing assistance to war-displaced people in Sudan is highlighted. According to the Displaced Persons Protection Project in Localities, implemented by the Alberdi Organization for Peace and Development in partnership with SaferWorld, 100 food baskets were distributed to 100 families in the locality of Um Dafoug on the border with Central Africa in South Darfur State.
