The third and final day of the report writing workshop within the PAC project to enhance and raise the capabilities of the members of the Al Berdi Organization, with funding from the Saferworld Organization, which has organized since April 27th a report writing workshop for members of the organization\u2019s General Assembly, which targets 15 members from the organization\u2019s office in Rehead Al Bardi locality in South Darfur.
The workshop aimed to empower members with the skills of preparing, collecting information, and writing on humanitarian needs issues. It also aimed to raise the capabilities of the organization\u2019s staff in the process of analyzing and contextualizing data.
The workshop concluded with the participating group receiving all the basic materials and requirements for preparing and writing reports. Thus, the organization concluded the PAC project in Sudan, which lasted for three regular months in which the organization recruited 45 members from rehead Al-Berdi in three different workshops (which began to be implemented at the beginning of February in the (Emergency Response to Crises workshop) Which targeted the organization\u2019s members, leaders, community actors, and civil administration. Last March, (a community initiatives management workshop) was implemented, which aimed to empower youth. The mechanisms and methods for managing initiatives and their impact on the processes of building communities and responding to crises. The first part of the project concluded with (a report writing workshop) which represents the link to knowledge. The success of any impact made by any project.
In conjunction with the implementation of the first part, the process of qualifying the organization\u2019s staff was launched abroad through study courses for 5 employees in various fields, including (project management, financial management, and monitoring and evaluation) in three different countries. The period of the study courses ends at the end of next May, which constituted a strong addition and acquisition of new skills that the organization was very in need toit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
